About the property

Tucked just off the beach on the quieter, residential stretch of Isle of Palms, Isle Be There is a bright, breezy coastal home built for slow mornings, salty afternoons, and long, lingering dinners with the people you came with. Newly renovated and refreshed throughout, this three-bedroom, two-bath retreat has a layout that flows easily from kitchen to living room to sunroom — it's a house that wants you to kick off your shoes the minute you walk in.The main living space is open and airy, with vaulted ceilings, plenty of natural light, and comfortable seating. A dining table seats six along with seating for 3 at the kitchen bar, and the fully equipped kitchen has everything you need to throw together a low-country boil, a quick beach lunch, or coffee on the porch before anyone else is awake. Just beyond, a sun-soaked screened sunroom is the kind of room you'll keep wandering back to — book in one hand, iced tea in the other.Sleeping arrangements work well for families and friend groups. The primary bedroom has a king bed, an ensuite bath with a walk-in shower, and French doors that open onto the screened porch. A second bedroom features another king and a peek of the ocean. The third bedroom is set up for the younger crowd — or anyone happy to claim a twin — with two twin beds plus two trundles, sleeping four.Outside is where this house really earns its name. A wide wraparound deck holds rocking chairs, lounge seating, a dining setup, and a grill — perfect for sunset cocktails or a casual cookout. There's a foosball table and ping pong on the lower deck for rainy-day standoffs, and an outdoor shower to rinse off after the beach. The location is peaceful with no through traffic, but only minutes from the IOP Connector, so there are plenty of local restaurants and shops a short walk away. In just a quick 1-2 minute walk, you'll find the private neighborhood beach access, nearby public beach access, neighborhood pool, and neighborhood tennis/pickleball courts. From there, it's a short drive to the IOP Marina for boat rentals and fresh seafood, and about ten minutes to the restaurants, bars, and ice cream spots near the pier. Sullivan's Island and downtown Charleston are an easy hop — perfect for a day of shopping on King Street, oysters downtown, or a sunset stroll past the historic homes on the Battery.Whether you're chasing the kids down the beach, cracking open a cold one on the deck, or just watching the palm trees sway from the sunroom, Isle Be There is built for the kind of trip you don't want to end.AvantStay provides a personalized hospitality experience to elevate your stay. With our Concierge Service, guests have access to our tech-enabled services like fridge stocking, private chefs, massages, transportation, special occasion celebrations, baby gear rentals, ski gear, beach gear, and more. Just off the coast of Historic Charleston, Isle of Palms offers a stunning six-mile stretch of white, sandy beaches. Isle of Palms is also the perfect place to decompress, with renowned spas, charming restaurants, and sweeping golf courses.
