Soleil Oasis is a bright, modern home in a quiet North Fort Lauderdale neighborhood, built around a screened pool and easy outdoor living. With room for twelve guests and plenty of space to gather, it's a comfortable home base for groups, families, and longer South Florida stays.The backyard is the centerpiece. The screened private pool lets you swim and lounge in the shade without the bugs, while a covered lounge area gives you another relaxed spot for morning coffee or unwinding after a beach day. Fire up the BBQ grill, gather six around the dining table beneath the covered gondola, or settle in around the firepit in the evening — the outdoor space is set up for spending time together from sunrise to well after dark.Inside, the open-concept layout keeps everyone connected. The living space flows into a fully equipped kitchen stocked for cooking and entertaining, whether that's a quick group breakfast or a full dinner with everyone pitching in. A washer and dryer add convenience for longer stays.The home sleeps up to twelve across four bedrooms. Two primary suites feature king beds with their own ensuite bathrooms, a third bedroom offers two queen beds, and the bunk room — with two full-over-full bunks — is ideal for kids or extra guests. A shared full bathroom serves the additional bedrooms.The location puts the coast within easy reach. Lauderdale-by-the-Sea is just minutes away, known for its laid-back vibe, shore snorkeling, oceanfront dining, and a fishing pier built for sunset walks. Please note that seasonal rates apply depending on the time of year.- Please be advised that although our pool cleaner diligently attends to maintenance weekly, we do not have control over the weather. Leaves, bugs, sticks, and other debris may be blown into the pool between cleaning sessions. Rest assured, the pool is consistently sanitized and well-maintained, and the presence of these items should not impede your ability to enjoy the pool. In the event you encounter any such issues, we kindly ask you to use the pool skimmer for prompt cleaning.Parking Details:- Driveway parking for up to 6 vehicles. Street parking is not allowed.This is a smoke-free property. Violation of the no-smoking policy will result in forfeiture of the security deposit, a $300 smoking fee, and liability for any fire or property damage costs.As part of our commitment to being good neighbors, occupancy limits and quiet hours (9pm-8am) are strictly enforced. No speakers or sound systems will be provided for use in our properties. Violation of any noise ordinances will be subject to fines that can reach up to $10,000 per violation.Events or parties are not allowed without prior written approval and an additional fee. Any unauthorized parties or events will be shut down and a fine will be assessed. Please inquire for more information about our event policies and fees.There is nothing more important to us at AvantStay than the health, safety, and experience of our guests & staff. We've enhanced our cleaning and sanitation protocols and are taking extra care to disinfect all surfaces between reservations with hospital-grade disinfecting solutions.As a reminder, we do work with 3rd party vendors to maintain the property, and although we adhere to the strictest CDC guidelines and advise all contractors to wear PPE equipment, we can not always enforce.
