While the property is regularly serviced and inspected, occasional encounters may occur indoors or outdoors. Please supervise children and pets, especially at night. Refunds will not be issued for such occurrences.- We do not allow bookings that are less than 24 hours from check-in.- Pool heat is available for an additional fee of $250 plus tax per day and needs to be requested at least 48 hours before your stay.- Pool heat is not available between May 1st and October 1st.- ATVs and dirt bikes are not allowed on the property.- No events are authorized unless pre-approved by and coordinated through AvantStay. This includes rehearsal dinners, birthday parties, dinners or other events. - Please be aware that there are connectivity issues with the Wifi due to the location of this home.- Absolutely no exterior amplified music or there will be a $500 fine- We allow service animals at this home. If undisclosed pets are brought into the home without AvantStay's approval there is a fine of $500 per pet.- Please note: The pool and hot tub cannot be heated at the same time. More information will be provided in the guest manual upon your arrival.- Due to the remote location of our properties guests may experience unannounced power outages.- Wedding Ceremonies are not allowed at this home.- No events are authorized unless pre-approved and coordinated through Avantstay. This includes rehearsal dinners, wedding receptions, birthday parties, and any type of social event.- All occupants and guests of the property must follow local laws for outdoor lighting, quiet hours, and parties & gatherings (Riverside County Ordinance Nos. 915, 847, & 924).- Riverside county has a strict “no burn” civil code. All wood-burning fires throughout the property are strictly prohibited.- The hot tub/spa/jacuzzi has a max temperature of 104° for safety reasons.- Please note that we do not heat the in-ground spa prior to guest arrival.- Please note that you must be at least 25 years old to book this home.Parking Details:A maximum of 13 cars can park onsite.​​​​​​​This home comes with a pack n' play travel crib available.
