The home features an outdoor shower, two balconies (one overlooking the pool), and an outdoor grill. The olympic size pool is steps from the back door along with workout facility, covered gazebo, corn hole, and shuffle board. Get ready for some family fun!ABOUT AREA: This lovely coastal home is located in Blue Mountain Beach, which has been awarded a national "Blue Wave" designation for the pristine cleanliness of the sugar sand shoreline. This coastal community rests between Santa Rosa Beach and Grayton Beach State Park and is known for its tranquility, many restaurants, and family atmosphere. The natural beauty of the sugar sand beaches, walking, biking trails and adventure await you.
