Trifold floor mattresses and additional linens can be provided upon request.- Unfortunately, pets are not allowed in this home. If undisclosed pets are brought into the home without AvantStay's approval, there is a fine of $500 per pet.- Pool and/or spa heat is a paid feature and must be requested 24–48 hours before check-in. It must be purchased for the entire duration of your stay.- Pool heat is available at $150 per day (propane). Spa heat is available at $50 per day.- NO loud noise at ALL TIMES.- No parties and no outside music- Please note that grounds personnel may be on site during your stay. - Please note: Access to the horse ranch is not permitted, as it is not part of the rental property.- Only the home and the pool area are included in the rental.
