Refunds will not be issued for such occurrences.- Please note our occupancy includes an additional two beyond bed count. Trifold floor mattresses and additional linens can be provided upon request.- Unfortunately, pets are not allowed in this home. If undisclosed pets are brought into the home without AvantStay's approval, there is a fine of $500 per pet.- Pool heat is available for $150 per day and runs on propane. It must be purchased for the entire duration of your stay.- NO loud noise at ALL TIMES.- No parties and no outside music- Please note that grounds personnel may be on site during your stay. Please note that grounds personnel may be on site during your stay. - Guests will need to provide their own tennis balls (and pickleball balls, if applicable) for their stay- Please Note: The tennis court lights are not allowed to be used.- Only the home, pool area, and tennis court are included in the rental.
