Downstairs, you’ll find another queen bedroom for added convenience. With a second full bathroom and an extra powder room, there's no need to queue up for the shower. Ensure that the total number of guests, including little ones, adheres to the specified occupancy limit.- Guests can rent golf carts for use on the pedestrian boardwalk.Parking Details: - The driveway can accommodate 5 cars.- No garage access.- Boat parking is allowed.- If guests decide to bring a boat, then the driveway will only be able to accommodate 4 cars.- Any vehicle parked on the beach will need to have a beach parking permit. Any unauthorized parties or events will be shut down and a fine will be assessed.
