Stroll over to Windansea Beach for a quick dip, or rent an e-bike and spend your day cruising down the coast! Head down to San Diego for some of the best tacos you’ve ever tasted. Please make sure you are comfortable with these policies before renting this home, otherwise, if violations occur you may be subject to a fine that can reach up to $10,000.- Bookings must be made at least 24 hours before check-in. Same-day bookings are not permitted.- Absolutely no exterior amplified music is allowed. Violations will result in a $500 fine.- While we do our best to notify guests in advance, unannounced power outages may occur due to unexpected city maintenance.- No events are allowed unless pre-approved and coordinated through Avantstay. This includes but is not limited to: rehearsal dinners, wedding receptions, birthday parties, and social gatherings.- All guests must comply with local laws regarding outdoor lighting, quiet hours, and limitations on parties or gatherings.Parking Details:2 vehicles can park in the garage. There also is a small driveway to fit a small car before the garage right off of La Jolla Blvd.This home comes with a pack n' play travel crib and a high chair available.---The room configuration is as follows: Primary Bedroom / King w/ En-SuiteBedroom 2 / KingBedroom 3 / Queen+ 2 twin size tri-fold sleeping mats---This is a smoke-free property. Violation of the no-smoking policy will result in forfeiture of the security deposit, a $300 smoking fee, and liability for any fire or property damage costs.As part of our commitment to being good neighbors, occupancy limits and quiet hours (9pm-8am) are strictly enforced. No speakers or sound systems will be provided for use in our properties. Violation of any noise ordinances will be subject to fines that can reach up to $10,000 per violation. Events or parties are not allowed without prior written approval and an additional fee. Any unauthorized parties or events will be shut down and a fine will be assessed.
