Loved how me and my family can just walk to the beach from the house!

Pros: walkable to the beach, restaurants and liquor store. Squeaky clean, spacious and tastefully decorated. The kitchen had all the basics we needed. The upstairs balcony was a great space to gather with a view! <br/>Cons: traffic getting in/out of the rental property can be a little challenging depending on how many vehicles are in line to enter the drivable beach. Also, keep in mind there is an ATV rental to left of the rental so this can generates a lot of foot traffic in the area. We really enjoyed being close enough to walk our stuff to the beach for a campfire each night! The 3 rooms (one is the upstairs loft) each had their own full bathroom which was perfect! We would definitely stay there again.

Great location if you’re going to the sand dunes!! Right next to all the atv rental places. Also a few pretty good breakfast/lunch places. Easy short drive to downtown Pismo or other coffee shops. Beds were comfortable. <br/>Host communicated very well with instructions for rental and local recs. <br/>One thing to note is Apple Maps doesn’t direct you there properly. You have to use Google Maps instead.
