However, since boat drafts can vary, guests are encouraged to refer to Lake Norman nautical charts, GPS systems, and depth maps—and rely on their own knowledge of their vessel’s specifications—to ensure safe navigation.- Please note: The jetski is not available for guest use or rental.Parking Details:- A maximum of 6 cars are allowed onsite.- No parking on the grass or street.This is a smoke-free property.
