You'll be amazed by nature's beauty.ABOUT THE AREA: Some of 30A's best restaurants are located within walking distance to the Holiday House. Walk to the famous oysters at Shunk Gulley or their beignet fries for watching the sun set. Blue Mountain Bakery and the Perfect Pig are great options to get your day started. After breakfast, hop on the bikes and explore 30A. There are 4 State Parks along this stretch of land and they are worth exploring. Their beaches are amazing too.BEACH ACCESS: This lovely home has their own private beach access and it's just steps away. When you exit the home there is a pathway access in the corner to your left. You can take the stairs all the way down to the beautiful turquoise water and soft white sand! No speakers or sound systems will be provided for use in our properties. Violation of any noise ordinances will be subject to fines that can reach up to $10,000 per violation.Events or parties are not allowed without prior written approval and an additional fee. Any unauthorized parties or events will be shut down and a fine will be assessed.
