It is the perfect vacation destination on the Island!Located on a corner lot, #13 on 57th Avenue is on a quiet, neighborhood street directly across from the beach. Beach access is so easy on the community beach boardwalk, just 25 yards from the house. Better yet, you do not need to leave the house to have ocean views. With the reverse floor plan, both the pool deck and rooftop deck provide ocean views. Exterior living is at its best at “Isle be back” with large decks on the second and third floors. Finally, the private pool is truly unique. Located just off the living room, on the 2nd floor of the home, your family will feel like they are swimming in the air, in the trees!The interior of #13 on 57th was professionally designed to highlight the beauty of the Island life, while providing nearly 4,500 square feet of living space.
