We had a great stay. The linens and towels were clean as was the rest of the house. The grill was functioning, clean and had enough propane. The ping-pong table was also a hit. The location was very convenient to the beach and the pool was clean and enjoyable. There was plenty of space for our crew and the en-suite bathrooms were spacious and pristine. As in other reviews, most of the furniture is tired and there is still some work to do with the bed situations. We reported several missing light bulbs and burnt out lights that were not addressed during our stay; the lack of lighting in the entry stairs was concerning as it was very dark at night. Proximity to bars with loud noise well into the night wasn’t appreciated by some of our guests. But overall, the positives outweighed any inconveniences and we enjoyed our stay.

Our vacation was wonderful. We loved the location of home and the space fit our families very nicely. The home was stocked with everything we needed. Unfortunately, the beds were extremely uncomfortable. New beds were delivered part way through our trip but were not installed until we checked out. Very disappointing as they knew it was a complaint. The furniture was very worn throughout the home with the side table next to the couch broken, that someone tried to fix with a straw. The location definitely made up for the short comings of the home but for the money we paid I was very disappointed in the wear and tear of the furniture as well as the beach gear. On the plus side we had plenty of seating for our families, the couch and 2 swivel chairs were very comfortable and the porch rockers were great! Overall, we are positive guests and loved our time together. A little updating would go a long way.

We had a great time at this, it fit 3 families very well, a nice, functional rental. Thanks for the memories!
