Finally, the kitchen is fit for a chef, fully equipped with stainless steel appliances and new white quartz countertops.28 Beachwood West is perfect for accommodating the whole crew! Two primary suites each have a private bath. The lower-level primary bathroom was recently renovated with an all-new large walk-in shower and vanity. Two guest bedrooms each feature two twin beds and share a full bath. A half bath is also featured on the main floor. Step outside to the terrific private backyard, which will set the scene for fun-filled days at the pool! Kick back and relax on the sun loungers surrounding, or retreat to the elevated deck located off the living room which offers a perfect view of the pool. Any other amenities or recreation at Wild Dunes, including golf, tennis or the spa, must be booked separately. - Please note that due to natural coastal conditions, beach areas may experience periodic erosion that can affect shoreline size and accessibility. During periods of high tide, portions of the beach—or the entire beach—may be temporarily inaccessible. We are not able to guarantee identical beach conditions for future stays, and refunds or relocations will not be available due to these natural changes.- While we do our best to communicate any known work within Wild Dunes or nearby beach projects, many homes are privately owned and we are not always notified of surrounding activity. As a result, we are unable to guarantee a disruption-free environment or offer relocation for any unforeseen construction.Parking Details:- There are 4 parking spaces available.- To gain access to Wild Dunes, the guest will need a car pass. Any unauthorized parties or events will be shut down and a fine will be assessed. Please inquire for more information about our event policies and fees.There is nothing more important to us at AvantStay than the health, safety, and experience of our guests & staff.
