Additional space is provided in the family room, which leads out to a bright sunroom surrounded by palm trees. The dining room seats 8 and is fantastic for formal or casual dining. Finally, the kitchen is fit for a chef, fully equipped with stainless steel appliances and new white quartz countertops.28 Beachwood West is perfect for accommodating the whole crew! Two primary suites each have a private bath. The lower-level primary bathroom was recently renovated with an all-new large walk-in shower and vanity. Two guest bedrooms each feature two twin beds and share a full bath. A half bath is also featured on the main floor. Step outside to the terrific private backyard, which will set the scene for fun-filled days at the pool!
