We are eagerly awaiting an update on when the beach access will reopen. Please give our local office a call if you have any questions!Home Truths:- City Ordinances prohibit house parties, weddings, or receptions to take place at a licensed vacation rental property. If a house party, wedding, or reception takes place in a licensed vacation rental property, all guests will be required to immediately vacate.- You must be 25 years or older to book this home.- Please note that Early Check-In (ECI) and Late Check-Out (LCO) services are not available from May to September.- Guests must supply their own beach/pool towels.- Beach chairs/toys are not included at this property. All reservations between 4-28 nights come with a $250 beach gear credit with VaykGear.com.
