Welcome to Longleaf Pines in the Lake Forest neighborhood of Blue Mountain. This lovely home and neighborhood is so peaceful you may forget about your life back home and that's what we hope you'll do for as long as you are here. Longleaf Pines is perfect for a multigenerational family or multiple families with four (4) bedrooms, one being on the first floor. Its elegant yet comfortable furnishings say sit back, relax and enjoy the beach.GATED COMMUNITY*** PET FRIENDLY ***ABOUT THE AREA: Blue Mountain is one of the 30A coastal communities that rests between Gulf Place and Grayton Beach. The Blue Mountain community is known for having a quieter family atmosphere compared to some of the other communities but still provides ample restaurants, shops and activities.BEACH ACCESS: Gulfview Heights beach access is less than 1 mile and is the closest to Longleaf Pines. Turn right on 30A and then left at Gulfview Heights Street. It has parking, restrooms, showers, picnic tables with shelter, and lifeguards during peak season. You can also go East to Blue Mountain Regional Access. Each town along 30A has its own unique identity, so we encourage you to explore them all!Local Attractions: The Big Chill 30A, Gulf Place Plaza, Camp Helen State Park, Henderson Beach State Park A, Village of Baytowne Wharf, Grayton Beach State Park, Alys Beach, Seaside Beach, Watercolor BeachHome Truths:- Guests are required to comply with the Forest Lakes Neighborhood Summary of Rules, or house rules will be available in the home upon arrival.- This home allows up to 2 pets for a fee; undisclosed pets brought without AvantStay’s approval may result in a $500 fine per pet.- Bikes may only be in the driveway or the garage, you may not leave them on the porch- Towels may not be hung over the railings; there are towel hooks in the driveway, additional a drying rack in the garageParking Details:- Only two cars are allowed in the driveway.- Parking placards will be issued for the total number of permitted vehicles, including LSVs, and must be displayed at all times.- Additional vehicles must be parked outside the community. Renters may park only at the rented property, not in overflow areas.- A minimum $100 fine will be applied for cars parked overnight on the street.- Vehicles must not block sidewalks.- Vehicles must not park on pine straw.- If a golf cart is rented, you may only have a golf cart and one other car in the driveway.This is a smoke-free property. Violation of the no-smoking policy will result in forfeiture of the security deposit, a $300 smoking fee, and liability for any fire or property damage costs.As part of our commitment to being good neighbors, occupancy limits and quiet hours (9pm-8am) are strictly enforced. No speakers or sound systems will be provided for use in our properties. Violation of any noise ordinances will be subject to fines that can reach up to $10,000 per violation.Events or parties are not allowed without prior written approval and an additional fee. Any unauthorized parties or events will be shut down and a fine will be assessed. Please inquire for more information about our event policies and fees.There is nothing more important to us at AvantStay than the health, safety, and experience of our guests & staff. We've enhanced our cleaning and sanitation protocols and are taking extra care to disinfect all surfaces between reservations with hospital-grade disinfecting solutions.As a reminder, we do work with 3rd party vendors to maintain the property, and although we adhere to the strictest CDC guidelines and advise all contractors to wear PPE equipment, we can not always enforce.
