If undisclosed pets are brought into the home without AvantStay's approval, there is a fine of $500 per pet.- Pool heating is available for an additional $600/night. The pool is larger than most, which makes it great for swimming and relaxing—but also more costly to heat due to the extra energy required.- Just a friendly reminder that if you'd like pool heat during your stay, requests and payment must be made at least 48 hours before check-in, as we're unfortunately unable to accommodate mid-stay requests. Pool heat is only available from October through April. The pool heat is set to 80 degrees. Any higher temperature can damage the pool/spa equipment. Please note that there is one heater for both the pool and spa, so only one can be heated at a time. If the spa is in use, it may temporarily lower the pool temperature. Lastly, while we'll do our best to ensure a comfortable experience, outdoor weather conditions may affect how well the water heats.
