If undisclosed pets are brought into the home without AvantStay's approval there is a fine of $500 per pet.- Please note our occupancy includes an additional two beyond bed count. Trifold floor mattresses and additional linens can be provided upon request.- Pool heat is available for an additional fee, but must be requested at least 48 hours before your stay.- Pool heat is not available between May 1st and October 1st.- During the summer months, desert temperatures are extremely high, which may cause the pool temperature to rise as well. Unfortunately, there is nothing we can do to control this.- A rod iron pool fence w/gate can be requested through concierge.   Request requires at least one week in advance to confirm availability with local vendor.  Guests should budget approximately $850, depending on pool size and logistics.Parking Details:The driveway can accommodate up to 3 cars. Requirements prior to check-in: the responsible persons must be provided a copy of the good neighbor brochure and they must execute a formal acknowledgment that they are legally responsible.---The room configuration is as follows:Primary Bedroom / King bed w/ ensuiteBedroom 2 / Full, twinBedroom 3 / Full, twin---This is a smoke-free property. No speakers or sound systems will be provided for use in our properties. Violation of any noise ordinances will be subject to fines that can reach up to $10,000 per violation. Events or parties are not allowed without prior written approval and an additional fee. Any unauthorized parties or events will be shut down and a fine will be assessed.
