Directions: enter the path from the backyard, go left, and walk about 30 ft. until you reach the beach.- This is NOT a swimming beach due to the riptide.- The home has a private unheated pool. - Beach chairs/toys are not included at this property. - Unfortunately, pets and ESAs are not allowed in this home. If undisclosed animals are brought into the home without AvantStay's approval, there is a fine of $500 per pet.- Fireplaces are not for guest use.- Please note that due to natural coastal conditions, beach areas may experience periodic erosion that can affect shoreline size and accessibility. During periods of high tide, portions of the beach—or the entire beach—may be temporarily inaccessible. We are not able to guarantee identical beach conditions for future stays, and refunds or relocations will not be available due to these natural changes.- While we do our best to communicate any known work within Wild Dunes or nearby beach projects, many homes are privately owned and we are not always notified of surrounding activity. As a result, we are unable to guarantee a disruption-free environment or offer relocation for any unforeseen construction.Parking Details:- Parking for 6 cars in the driveway.---The room configuration is as follows:Primary Bedroom / King bed w/ EnsuiteBedroom 2 / King bedBedroom 3 / Bunkbed w/ trundleBedroom 4 / Two twin bedsBedroom 5 / King bed Bedroom 6 / King bed---This is a smoke-free property. Please inquire for more information about our event policies and fees. There is nothing more important to us at AvantStay than the health, safety, and experience of our guests & staff.
