Home Truths:- City Ordinances prohibit house parties, weddings, or receptions to take place at a licensed vacation rental property. If a house party, wedding, or reception takes place in a licensed vacation rental property, all guests will be required to immediately vacate.- You must be 25 years or older to book this home.- Please note that Early Check-In (ECI) and Late Check-Out (LCO) services are not available from May to September.- Guests must supply their own beach towels.- Beach chairs/toys are not included at this property. - A hot tub will be available starting 5/1.- This home allows 1 dog, approved in advance, for a fee of $250; undisclosed animals brought into the home without AvantStay’s approval may result in a minimum $500 fine.- Although this home is dog friendly, the property is NOT fully fenced.- Fireplaces are not for guest use.- Please note that due to natural coastal conditions, beach areas may experience periodic erosion that can affect shoreline size and accessibility. During periods of high tide, portions of the beach—or the entire beach—may be temporarily inaccessible. We are not able to guarantee identical beach conditions for future stays, and refunds or relocations will not be available due to these natural changes.- While we do our best to communicate any known work within Wild Dunes or nearby beach projects, many homes are privately owned and we are not always notified of surrounding activity. As a result, we are unable to guarantee a disruption-free environment or offer relocation for any unforeseen construction.Parking Details:- Parking for 3 cars in the driveway.---The room configuration is as follows:Primary Bedroom / King bed w/ ensuiteBedroom 2 / King bedBedroom 3 / Double bedBedroom 4 / Bunk bedBedroom 5 / Bunk bed---This is a smoke-free property. No speakers or sound systems will be provided for use in our properties. Violation of any noise ordinances will be subject to fines that can reach up to $10,000 per violation. Please inquire for more information about our event policies and fees. There is nothing more important to us at AvantStay than the health, safety, and experience of our guests & staff. We've enhanced our cleaning and sanitation protocols and are taking extra care to disinfect all surfaces between reservations with hospital-grade disinfecting solutions.As a reminder, we do work with 3rd party vendors to maintain the property, and although we adhere to the strictest CDC guidelines and advise all contractors to wear PPE equipment, we can not always enforce.
