If undisclosed pets are brought into the home without AvantStay's approval there is a fine of $500 per pet.- Max daytime occupancy: 48- The Town of Athens is a residential community and any unreasonable noise or disturbances, disorderly conduct, or violations of the Town Code will not be tolerated and may result in citation, fines, and/or eviction from the rental unit.- The pool is closed during the winter months and typically reopens around mid-May. For more specific information, please feel free to inquire.- The pool cannot be heated.- A pack-n-play and highchair are provided at this home.- The fireplace is non-operational, and is not for guest use.- Please note, Home is on a water well system and has a limited capacity. Excessive water running will cause an outage that will restore in about 30 min, be conscious when showering at the same time.- Please note our occupancy includes an additional two beyond bed count.
