Please note that only the Ring camera by the front entry is currently operational; the others have been deactivated.- This home comes with a pack n play & highchair.- This home is located on a dirt road that can be a little bumpy.- Please note: The sauna is non-operational at this time.- Please note: Due to the distance from the house, the basketball court does not have lighting set up.- One of the things we love about the property is its peaceful setting. The last part of the drive is a rustic dirt road, accessible by any vehicle—simply drive slowly and you’ll be just fine.- To help everyone enjoy a peaceful stay and to remain in good standing with our neighbors, we observe quiet hours from 9:00 PM to 8:00 AM. Please note that local county quiet hours begin at 10:00 PM, but we ask guests to start winding down a bit earlier.- The entire property is fully fenced.Parking Details:- Parking is available for a maximum of 6 cars.All bookings over 30 days require a security deposit to be charged after booking.
