If a house party, wedding, or reception takes place in a licensed vacation rental property, all guests will be required to immediately vacate.- You must be 25 years or older to book this home.- Please note that Early Check-In (ECI) and Late Check-Out (LCO) services are not available from May to September.- The pool cannot be heated.- Guests must supply their own beach/pool towels.- Beach chairs/toys are not included at this property.
