If a house party, wedding, or reception takes place in a licensed vacation rental property, all guests will be required to immediately vacate.- You must be 25 years or older to book this home.- Please note that Early Check-In (ECI) and Late Check-Out (LCO) services are not available from May to September.- From May to October these beaches are home to nesting sea turtles. To protect these turtles guests will be expected to turn off all outdoor lights and close the blinds at night from 10pm to dawn.- Have a larger group? Check out Poseidon by AvantStay, a 5-bedroom home with an oceanfront hot tub, located right next door.- Unfortunately, pets are not allowed in this home. If undisclosed pets are brought into the home without AvantStay's approval, there is a fine of $500 per pet.- Pool heat is available for $100/day + tax (4-night minimum, 24-hour notice), weather permitting (average temperatures above 55°F). Pool heating is typically not needed in the summer unless unusually cool. During periods of high tide, portions of the beach—or the entire beach—may be temporarily inaccessible. We are not able to guarantee identical beach conditions for future stays, and refunds or relocations will not be available due to these natural changes.- While we do our best to communicate any known work within Wild Dunes or nearby beach projects, many homes are privately owned and we are not always notified of surrounding activity.
