In other words, the system can either be in "Pool Mode" or it can be in "Spa Mode." It cannot be in both modes at the same time.- Spa heat is complimentary but must be requested in advance. It takes about 15 minutes to heat up and requires a schedule—even if you’d like it on for your entire stay—to help prevent the pump from overworking.- When pool heat is purchased, the spa will heat to the same temperature and cannot be heated separately, but we can switch the heat between the pool and spa as needed. - The elevator has been removed from this properties' amenities due to ongoing issues. We apologize for any inconvenience and appreciate your understanding.- This home allows up to 2 dogs for a fee; undisclosed pets brought without AvantStay’s approval may result in a $500 fine per pet.- Please note that the maximum occupancy includes infants and babies.
