My only tip is that they conduct a deep cleaning in the home, the room located downstairs close to the laundry room had cockroaches. My bro experienced them in the small bed all 3 nights, even after we attempted to clean the area. The swings located next to the pickle ball table are a hazard. My brother in law sat there as we walked through the house and fractured his ankle as the egg chair came down on him, detaching from the post.
