Not only was it private and away from other houses,  it had fun things to do while hanging around the house.  They were awesome for having basic essentials available for us to use and plenty of plates, silverware, and cookware.  We were able to have multiple cooked meals for the group, using the grill, oven, and stove.  Instructions for check-in and check-out were easy to follow and reasonable.  The drive to and from was only a short trek, but easy to do in both a capable Jeep or a small car.  It was close enough to have a Fredricksburg day, which is about an hour west.  I definitely recommend this beautiful home and would enjoy staying again in the future!" (10/5)
