Service is very limited in the area, but it's back to normal once you're at the property.- The home has direct access to the Pedernales River. There are 100 stairs that provide guest access to the river.- Unfortunately, pets are not allowed in this home. If undisclosed pets are brought into the home without AvantStay's approval there is a fine of $500 per pet.Parking Details:- Space for 2–3 cars in the gravel driveway, plus one additional spot on the cobblestone drive near the front door.- Electric vehicle 220V outlet available for charging near the limestone entry. - Do not drive past the yellow chain.---The room configuration is as follows: Primary Bedroom / KingBedroom 2 / QueenBedroom 3 / Queen---This is a smoke-free property.
