If undisclosed pets are brought into the home without AvantStay's approval there is a fine of $500 per pet.- Bookings must be made at least 24 hours before check-in. Same-day bookings are not permitted.- Absolutely no exterior amplified music is allowed. Violations will result in a $500 fine.- While we do our best to notify guests in advance, unannounced power outages may occur due to unexpected city maintenance.- No events are allowed unless pre-approved and coordinated through Avantstay. This includes but is not limited to: rehearsal dinners, wedding receptions, birthday parties, and social gatherings.- All guests must comply with local laws regarding outdoor lighting, quiet hours, and limitations on parties or gatherings.- Please note: The owners live in the back of the home above the garage.
