Please note that the parking area is shared with guests renting other Avantstay properties onsite.- Entry - Guests have to walk approx. 200 yards from the parking area to the pool house. No speakers or sound systems will be provided for use in our properties. Any unauthorized parties or events will be shut down and a fine will be assessed.
