After taking in the ocean views from the rooftop deck, the outdoor living and dining area on the main floor deck is the ideal place to reflect upon the day’s activities or simply enjoy the latest beach novel. The huge kitchen is one of the best rooms inside of 616 Carolina Boulevard, with all Jenn Air appliances, gas stove, two ovens, and room to entertain your family while preparing a beach feast. There is seating for 12 in the dining area between the bar and the dining room table. The living area offers seating in comfort and style with a large flat screen television. The laundry room located just off the kitchen has a bonus amenity of a second refrigerator.There are two bedrooms on the main floor. A junior master suite on the main floor, features a king bed and large private bath. The main floor guest bedroom is highlighted with a queen bed and private bath.The second floor has four bedrooms. The master bedroom features a king bed, direct access to a large deck and is highlighted with a terrific private bath with a large soaking tub and a unique shower that is amazing.
