Your family may want to spend the entire vacation here.A large, open veranda porch on the first and second floors of 3100 Palm Boulevard delivers amazing beach views, as does the open sun deck on the third floor. All of these spaces feature the finest in outdoor furniture. As the warm sun attracts your family to the water, you'll have a tough time choosing among the ocean, hot tub, and first-floor-level, custom, Gunite swimming pool. The pool features built-in, underwater bar stools, and a tanning deck. You can even place your beach chair inside the pool. The kitchen features a large island area and all GE Profile appliances, including a gas cooktop, double oven, and a separate side-by-side freezer and refrigerator. For convenience, there's a second refrigerator in the pantry with a standalone ice maker. One fun kitchen feature is the coffee bar, where everyone can make his perfect cup of joe to watch the sunrise from the veranda.The dining room offers ocean views and seating for your entire family. The latest electronics await you in the living room to ensure your family's entertainment. Bedrooms are generously sized. Three bedrooms occupy the first level, including one master suite that opens to the veranda (and pool).
