Max Daytime occupancy: 12- Amplified music is not allowed outside. Music may not be heard at the property lines at any time of the day (that includes music coming from the inside of the home).- Pool heat is $150/night + tax, available upon request with at least 24-hour notice. Minimum 3 consecutive nights; must be booked for the entire stay.- Smoking: No smoking permitted inside and outside. There will be a fine of $500 if smoking occurs; this includes smoking from cigarettes, cigars, (both tobacco and marijuana).- We allow service animals at this home.
