You can spend hours dining al fresco at the large outdoor table as the sun sets behind the hills and colors the sky. Or, head inside to find even more fun, including a movie room that will have you feeling like you've just stepped into the theater! Every aspect of this home is designed to help your group experience Temecula in comfort and style. While the property is regularly serviced and inspected, occasional encounters may occur indoors or outdoors. Please supervise children and pets, especially at night. Refunds will not be issued for such occurrences.- We do not allow bookings that are less than 24 hours from check-in.- Absolutely no exterior amplified music, or there will be a $500 fine- Pool/Spa heat is a paid feature and needs to be requested 48 hours in advance before the day of check-in.- Pool with spa heat is just $350 per day, plus tax, and should be paid for the whole duration of your stay. - The built-in SPA heat alone is $100 per day plus tax, and should be paid for the whole duration of your stay. - For safety, a fence has been installed around the pool.- There is an above-ground spa that can be heated with no fee. - Please note: Pool heat will not be available for the summer months (May - September).- Please note: The pool and hot tub cannot be heated at the same time. More information will be provided in the guest manual upon your arrival.- This home allows pets for a fee. If undisclosed pets are brought into the home without AvantStay's approval, there is a fine of $500 per pet.- Wedding Ceremonies and Receptions are not allowed at this home.- All occupants and guests of the property must follow local laws for outdoor lighting, quiet hours, and parties & gatherings (Riverside County Ordinance Nos. 915, 847, & 924).- Riverside County has a strict “no burn” civil code.
