Trifold floor mattresses and additional linens can be provided upon request.- Riverside county has a strict “no burn” civil code. All wood-burning fires throughout the property are strictly prohibited.- The hot tub/spa/jacuzzi has a max temperature of 104° for safety reasons.- Please note that you must be at least 25 years old to book this home.- Please note that the front gate is to stay open at all times per the owner's request. It is only a decorative gate and is not for security purposes.- Our home is in a rural area where wildlife and insects are common.
