While the property is regularly serviced and inspected, occasional encounters may occur indoors or outdoors. Please supervise children and pets, especially at night. Refunds will not be issued for such occurrences.- We do not allow bookings that are less than 24 hours from check-in.- The ping pong table is now located in the garage.- Pool/Spa heat is a paid feature and needs to be requested 48 hours in advance before the day of check-in.- Pool with spa heat is just $250 per day, plus tax.- SPA heat alone is $100 per day plus tax. - Please note: Pool heat will not be available for the summer months (May - September).- Absolutely no exterior amplified music or there will be a $500 fine- Unfortunately, the courtside lights don't turn on any longer. - Please note: The pool and hot tub cannot be heated at the same time. More information will be provided in the guest manual upon your arrival.- This home allows pets for a fee. - **Madi**: "Stayed here this last weekend for a bachelorette trip, the house was so fun. Lots of space for everyone and the kitchen had everything we needed to cook and clean. Biggest thing was the price of heating the pool was out of our budget so we opted to just heat the jacuzzi, which turned out perfectly fine because the pool was still about 70. Thankfully, we had a couple of DD’s in the group because getting an Uber, from there was absolutely impossible which is super fixable if you plan ahead, we just did not know. We were able to easily get them back just not from the house for some reason. This property is a great proximity to the wineries but about a 30 minute drive to anything in downtown so if you’re prepared for that it’s all good. Overall, we had a great trip and experience from easy check-in to being able to find everything we needed at the house. Checkout was also extremely easy and would definitely stay here again given the need." (10/5)
