Refunds will not be issued for such occurrences.- We do not allow bookings that are less than 24 hours from check-in.- The exterior chaise loungers next to the pool/spa have been updated and may differ from those shown in the listing photos.- Pool/Spa heat is a paid feature and needs to be requested 48 hours in advance before the day of check-in.- Pool with spa heat is just $350 per day, plus tax.- SPA heat alone is $150 per day plus tax. - Please note: Pool heat will not be available for the summer months (May - September).- This home allows pets for a fee. If undisclosed pets are brought into the home without AvantStay's approval there is a fine of $500 per pet.- ATVs and dirt bikes are not allowed on the property.- Please do not pick the avocado trees.- The spa jets in the bathtub are disabled for health and safety reasons.- Absolutely no exterior amplified music or there will be a $500 fine- Please note: The pool and hot tub cannot be heated at the same time.
