If undisclosed pets are brought into the home without AvantStay's approval there is a fine of $500 per pet.- Due to extreme wildfire risk the outdoor fire pit at this home is not available from June to October- This home does not have AC.- This home has limited exterior lighting due to neighborhood light pollution restrictions.- The hot tub is only accessible through bedrooms 2 & 3.- Please note our occupancy includes an additional two beyond bed count. Trifold floor mattresses and additional linens can be provided upon request.- As a ski town, many construction projects happen around town all summer. Working hours are 7am-9pm.Parking Details:No street parking - driveway and garage only.This home comes with a pack n' play travel crib available. Events or parties are not allowed without prior written approval and an additional fee. Any unauthorized parties or events will be shut down and a fine will be assessed.
